This TeeJet 6815-3/4-HSS-700 Pressure Regulator includes a repair kit so you are prepared if certain parts start to wear. The friction of the water or spray material passing through this control unit will wear some parts, so have a repair kit nearby just in case.
The TeeJet / Spraying Systems 6815 Pressure Regulator is a piston-type relief valve / regulating valve that bypasses excess liquid and is adjustable to maintain control of line pressure at any pressure as long as it is within the valve's operating range. It is used on many agricultural and landscaping equipment to regulate and maintain pressure on roller, diaphragm, and piston pumps. Made of brass with hardened stainless steel seats for long life, the TeeJet 6815 Relief Valve has an extra large valve passage that provides full flow with minimal pressure loss.

Tip: Sometimes people report low pressure problems with their pump, but the actual problem is the pressure regulator. Try this to see which part is failing: Turn on the spraying system and check the inside of the tank to see if you get a lot of return back to the tank. If you are getting a lot of return, the relief valve is weak because relief valves that are failing allow pressure to return to the tank.
